Two roles
Citizen and Ambassador are not the same
Citizen is free. You join a city within 400 km of where you are — turn on location so Garly can check. Someone already in that city can invite you to join from farther away. You need a signed-in account and a Solana airdrop wallet. Weekly $GARLY is sent only to that typed address, not to Phantom. This is not a purchase.
Ambassador buys one city with $GARLY from anywhere. Location is not required to buy. There is one Ambassador per city, and you can hold only one city at a time. The city belongs to the email that completed the buy, not to Phantom — Phantom is only how you pay. Sale proceeds and weekly $GARLY go to the Solana airdrop wallet you type in Hall. Citizens still join free.
As Ambassador
How you run a city
- Open Find. Cities you already own or live in sit at the top. Buy a vacant city from anywhere — location is not required. You can hold only one city; sell or release it before buying another. That $GARLY goes into the pool, not into an NFT.
- Copy your invite. People open Cities, paste an airdrop wallet, and tap Join as a citizen. They must be within 400 km, unless they use your invite to join from away. They only count on your invite list when they actually join — opening the link is not enough.
- Open Today for daily, weekly, and community missions. Completing them pays you XP (Follow X and Telegram are +6 XP once, even if you already hit today’s cap).
- Open Chat. People in this city and you can write, reply, and react. Outsiders cannot. Your messages show an Ambassador tag.
- Open Map. Your city is the teal pin with its name. Tap a city to zoom in; tap it again to open it. Red pins are danger streets — confirm them or deny with a reason.
- Open Hall to write a bio, post notices, see every citizen, gift or remove people, open a bounty, add extra $GARLY to the citizen pot, and save the airdrop wallet. Weekly $GARLY and a sale both go only to that address.
- Sell, unlist, or release the city from Today → Manage this city. Selling lists at the grown worth; the next buyer pays your airdrop wallet. Releasing gives the city back to the map.
As a citizen (still matters)
You can live in a city you do not own
Join from Cities. Free. Turn on location — you have to be within 400 km of that city, unless someone there invited you. One home city at a time; you can move about once a month. Save a Solana airdrop wallet when you join: weekly $GARLY is sent only there. Open Chat to talk with people in that city. Using Garly this month and mapping danger is what makes you active — that work grows the Ambassador’s pool share, and it keeps the map useful for everyone who lives there.
The match
How Ambassadors are paid
There is no 1:1 return on the ticket. Buying a city funds the vault. Each week 5% of the vault is split among living cities, with half of all buy-in kept as an endowment so later Ambassadors still have a pot.
Work = active citizens this month + people who mapped a danger spot.
Tenure = 1 + 0.1 per full month held, capped at 3. The first 7 days pay 0 from the pool.
Weight = work × tenure. Your slice is your weight divided by every Ambassador’s weight. Ticket price is not in this formula. An idle city weighs nothing.
Premium $GARLY from people in your own city comes to you in full, on top of the pool. You can share up to half of your weekly pool slice with active citizens — that is not extra vault money, it comes out of your share. Mission XP is for you, not a payout. Weekly $GARLY is sent to the Solana airdrop wallet you type in Hall, not to Phantom. The “worth” number is an appraisal. A sale lists at the grown worth and the next buyer pays that address.

Citizen is free. You join a city within 400 km of where you are: turn on location, stay signed in, paste a Solana airdrop wallet, and mark danger so others can avoid it. Someone from that city can invite you to join from farther away. Weekly $GARLY is sent only to the typed wallet, not to Phantom. This is not a purchase.
Ambassador buys one city with $GARLY from anywhere. One person can own one city. The city belongs to their email, not to Phantom. Their job is to invite citizens and grow the danger map. You can be a citizen without owning anything.
As a citizen
How My city works
- Open Cities. The city you already joined — and any city you own — sits at the top under Your city. Tap a place, paste a Solana airdrop wallet, and Join as a citizen. The phone will ask for location: you have to be within 400 km of that city. An invite from someone already there lets you join from farther away. Free. One home city at a time; you can change it about once a month.
- Keep using Garly. A real account that signs in this month is what counts as active. Guest accounts do not. Weekly $GARLY is sent only to the airdrop wallet you typed, not to a connected Phantom.
- Open Today for missions. Daily and weekly jobs refresh on a timer. Follow Garly on X or join Telegram from Community — those pay +6 XP once, even if you already hit today’s XP cap.
- Open Chat. Only people in this city and the Ambassador can write, reply, and react. When the Ambassador speaks, the message shows an Ambassador tag.
- Open Map. Your city is the teal pin with its name. Tap a city to zoom in; tap it again to open it. Red pins are danger streets. Confirm a pin if it is still true. If it is not, tap Not true and write why — people see the reason, not your name.
- Open Hall for the city’s bio and rules, notices, bounties, and to claim $GARLY. Check or change your airdrop wallet there. Leave this city from Hall if you want out — you will be asked twice, and every XP point on the account is burned.
XP
Points on missions
Mission XP is for you — it levels Garly. It is not $GARLY and it is not a pool share. Joining, mapping danger, staying active, and the two community missions all pay XP. The daily cap still applies to ordinary missions; the X and Telegram missions do not use that cap because you can only complete them once.
As Ambassador
If you want to own a city
Switch to Ambassador. You buy with $GARLY from anywhere — location is not required to buy. You can hold only one city. The city belongs to this email, not to Phantom. The ticket funds a vault, it does not buy a yield.
Each week 5% of the vault is split by a match: work × tenure. Work is active citizens this month plus people who mapped danger. Tenure starts at 1× after 7 days and climbs 0.1 per month, up to 3×. Ticket price is not in the match. Premium $GARLY from people in that city goes to that Ambassador in full. The Ambassador can share up to half of their weekly pool slice with people who are active or mapping danger — that comes from their share, not extra vault money. Citizens still join free within 400 km, or from away with an invite. Buying a city does not enroll you as a citizen.
