Refunds
Garly takes money on two separate paths. They never mix. This page is the refund rule for both. It is part of the Terms of Use.
$GARLY paid for a city, a city sale, or Ambassador Premium is not refunded by Garly. Those tokens leave your wallet on Solana. Garly cannot reverse the transfer.
1. $GARLY on Solana
City titles, Ambassador transfers and Ambassador Premium are paid in $GARLY from your own wallet. The server reads the confirmed transfer before it writes the title or turns Premium on.
Garly does not refund $GARLY. A Solana transfer is public and irreversible. Network fees stay with the network. A later sale or release is not a refund: a sale pays the seller's airdrop wallet and leaves the original ticket in the vault; a release returns the city to the map and turns Premium off; the $GARLY already in the vault stays there.
Weekly $GARLY from the vault is an airdrop to the address you saved, not a purchase you can unwind.
2. Garly Pro on Google Play
Garly Pro is an optional monthly subscription billed through Google Play (today 2.99 dollars per month). Google Play is the merchant of record. Cancel any time from your Google account. Core safety features, including Protection Mode and SOS, stay available without Pro.
If Google Play issues a refund or a chargeback, that is Google's decision under Google's payment terms. Garly does not pay a second cash refund on top. We stop Pro access when Play tells us the entitlement has ended.
Thirty percent of Garly Pro is given to the ICRC. That gift is calculated after Play refunds and chargebacks. Ambassador $GARLY is not part of it. The public record is How we give.
3. Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing on this page removes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. If you believe a payment was taken in error, email info@garlyapp.pro from the address on the account. For a Play charge, start with Google Play; we cannot reverse a Play transaction ourselves.
