Delete your Garly data

You can request deletion of your Garly account and personal data without logging in.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@garlyapp.pro from the email address linked to your Garly account.
  2. Use the subject Garly data deletion request.
  3. Tell us whether you want to delete all account data or only selected data.
  4. We may reply to confirm account ownership before processing the request.

This page does not collect personal information. The button opens your email application so you can send the request directly to Garly.

Data deleted

After the request is verified, we delete the Garly account data associated with the request where applicable, including profile information, conversations, chat history, memories, routines, safe places, trusted contacts, saved preferences, rewards and referral data, and device or session data linked to the account.

Data that may be retained

Some limited records may be retained for as long as necessary to meet legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting obligations. Any retained data is restricted and deleted when it is no longer required.
